1. Who is responsible for your data?
MiniPrintable operates this website and is the controller for personal data processed through it. Contact: info@miniprintable.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password hash, account role and date of birth.
- Order data: purchased products, license type, prices, discounts, payment method, status and timestamps.
- Payment metadata supplied by Mollie, such as payment ID and payment status. MiniPrintable does not receive or store full card or bank login details.
- Messages submitted through the contact form and customer reviews or uploaded make photos.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser information, security logs, session identifiers and cookie preferences.
3. Why we use your data
- To create and secure your account, process orders, deliver downloads and provide licenses (performance of a contract).
- To process payments, prevent fraud, secure the website and investigate misuse (contract and legitimate interests).
- To issue invoices and retain transaction records required by tax, accounting or consumer law (legal obligations).
- To answer contact requests and provide customer support (pre-contractual steps, contract and legitimate interests).
- To send a password reset link after the email address and stored date of birth match. Date of birth is only an additional check; the one-time email link is still required.
- To use optional analytics or marketing cookies only after consent. These are not currently enabled.
4. Service providers and recipients
Data may be shared only where necessary with hosting and email providers, Mollie as payment provider, banking providers for manual transfers, professional advisers and authorities where legally required. Their own privacy terms may apply to services they independently provide.
5. Retention
- Account data is kept while the account is active and afterwards only as required for legal claims or accounting records.
- Orders and invoices are retained for the statutory bookkeeping period applicable to the business.
- Contact messages are normally deleted within 24 months unless needed for an order, dispute or legal obligation.
- Password reset tokens expire after 60 minutes and are invalidated after use.
- Security logs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for security and troubleshooting.
6. International transfers
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, MiniPrintable requires an applicable transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards, where required by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You can also complain to your competent data protection authority.
8. Security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. The website uses secure sessions, CSRF protection, prepared SQL statements, access controls and payment verification through Mollie's API. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The store is intended for customers who can legally enter into a purchase contract. Minors should use the service only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated when services, providers or legal requirements change. The latest version is published on this page.
