Terms & License Conditions
Last updated: 17 July 2026 · Contact: info@miniprintable.com
1. Scope and seller
These terms apply to digital STL files and related digital content sold through MiniPrintable. The seller uses the business name MiniPrintable and can be contacted at info@miniprintable.com.
2. Account and ordering
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. An order is created when checkout is completed. Acceptance occurs when payment is confirmed and the digital content is made available, unless the order is rejected for a clear pricing, availability, fraud or technical error.
3. Prices and payment
The checkout displays the final amount, currency and any active discount. Prices are recalculated by the server at checkout. Payments may be processed by Mollie using an available method or by manual bank transfer. Downloads remain locked until the order status is paid.
4. Immediate digital delivery and withdrawal
STL files are digital content. Before placing an order, you are asked to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right may be lost once the download is made available after payment. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded, including remedies for defective or non-conforming digital content.
5. Personal License
Allowed
- Print unlimited physical copies for your own personal use.
- Create personal gifts.
- Keep a reasonable personal backup.
- Access the purchased files while the service and product delivery remain available.
Not allowed
- Sell physical prints.
- Share, upload, redistribute, sublicense or resell any digital file.
- Claim the design as your own or distribute modified/remixed digital versions.
6. Commercial Print License
Allowed
- Manufacture unlimited physical 3D printed copies yourself.
- Sell your own physical prints, including through your business or marketplace shop.
- Use photographs of your own physical prints in listings.
- Exercise all Personal License rights.
Not allowed
- Sell, share, upload, redistribute, sublicense or give away the STL, OBJ, ZIP, 3MF or any other digital source file.
- Operate a file-sharing, print-on-demand file transfer or sublicensing service using the files.
- Sell a modified digital version or claim the underlying MiniPrintable design as your own.
The Commercial Print License permits the sale of physical products only. Intellectual property in the digital model remains with MiniPrintable or the stated rights holder.
7. Download and technical responsibility
After successful payment, download links appear in My Downloads. You are responsible for compatible slicing software, printer settings, materials, supports and safe operation of your equipment. Preview images illustrate the model but do not guarantee a particular result on every printer.
8. Defects, support and refunds
If a file is corrupt, materially incomplete or differs from its description, contact info@miniprintable.com with the order number. MiniPrintable may provide a corrected file, replacement or refund as required by applicable law. Refunds are generally not available merely because a usable digital file has already been downloaded and the customer changed their mind, subject always to mandatory consumer rights.
9. Prohibited conduct
You may not bypass payment or download controls, scrape or attack the website, use another person's account, submit unlawful material, or use files in a way that infringes rights or violates applicable law.
10. Availability and liability
Reasonable care is used to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited, including for intent, gross negligence, injury or mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable direct loss connected with the order.
11. Changes and governing rules
The version accepted at checkout applies to that order. Mandatory consumer protections of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes should first be submitted to info@miniprintable.com for an attempt at resolution.
